There is no one-size-fits-all solution because no two learners are the same.

Every child brings their own strengths, struggles, and learning profile to the table. That is why I offer individualized academic therapy designed to meet each student where they are and move them forward with purpose.
Whether a student needs support in reading, writing, spelling, or math, sessions are grounded in structured, research-based methods — and delivered with compassion, clarity, and care.
Structured Support. Confident Learners.

Core Methods &
Instructional Approach

Sounds in Syllables (SIS)
Learn Well uses the highly structured and research-backed Sounds in Syllables (SIS) program to help students build lasting skills in reading, writing, and spelling. Rooted in the Orton-Gillingham approach, SIS supports learners through a multisensory process that strengthens how they process, store, and retrieve language.
SIS is particularly effective for students with dyslexia and language-based learning differences. Instruction is explicit, cumulative, and designed to “stick”, helping students make meaningful connections as they build confidence in reading and written expression.

Wrangling Writing
Many students know what they want to say, but struggle to get the words onto the page. Wrangling Writing uses a multisensory approach to break writing into manageable, structured steps, from grammar and mechanics to sentence formation and paragraph development.
The goal is to help students build clarity in their writing and confidence in their voice, whether they are just beginning to write full sentences or learning to organize their thoughts into essays.

Multisensory Math
This is not your typical math support.
At Learn Well, students explore math using a language-rich, hands-on approach that helps them understand concepts, not just memorize formulas. From numeracy and place value to fractions, patterns, and percentages, multisensory math instruction makes abstract concepts concrete and accessible.
This method is especially effective for students with dyscalculia, ADHD, or those who have lost confidence in their math abilities.
Personalized Support That
Makes a Lasting Difference
I offer individualized academic therapy and enriching summer programs, each designed to meet students where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Why It Works
Learn Well is not about quick fixes or generic instruction. It is about precision — understanding exactly what each student needs and delivering it with structure, intention, and care.
The methods I use are grounded in evidence-based Orton-Gillingham principles. But methodology alone is not enough. What truly makes the difference is how it is delivered: personally, patiently, and with unwavering belief in every learner’s potential.
What sets Learn Well apart is the combination of:
Structured literacy and multisensory instruction
Individualized planning based on real-time student response
A calm, supportive environment where confidence can grow
A commitment to progress that honors the pace of each child
Academic growth matters — but the greatest transformation happens when a student finally believes, I can do this. That is where the learning takes off — and that is where Learn Well shines.
